What to Expect on Your First Call

Our first job is to hear you out. Let us know why you're calling, whether it's a sale, a purchase, an inherited property or a house being split in a divorce, and we'll ask some simple questions about the place and your timing. If there's a good reason to continue, we'll book a meeting at our office or by video, whichever suits you.

The person on the line has been a real estate agent since 2015 and a licensed real estate broker since 2021. Should you choose to have us market the house, you're free to cancel that agreement anytime before it goes under contract, so agreeing by phone never ties you down. Unless you want to, you won't settle anything on that first call.

Good to Have Handy Before You Call

1. The property address and a rough sense of its condition, including any repairs you already know about.
2. The timeline you are working with, even if it is only a guess for now.
3. For an inherited or probate house, the name of the executor or attorney and where the court case stands, if one has been opened.
4. A short list of questions, since it is easy to forget the one that has been on your mind all week.
